I have lived here for over a year and I even renewed that is how much I like it here. I pay a great price for a two bedroom apartment home and I have amazing neighbors. Everyone is always friendly and smile or say hello when you pass them. Parking is fine too, my friends and I never have any problems. The office staff is so friendly and the maintenance is very helpful.
Overall I would definately recommend this place to my friends. I'm happy here and I plan on staying here for awhile. Just remember it is an apartment, nothing is perfect.

Your either one of the office staff or your delusional. Everyone knows there is a parking problem.. Unless you live in the way back by the tennis courts, that's where the only overflow parking is and it has Boats and RV storage as well.. There is a few vacant spots here and there for guests.. But seriously Do the Math.. Each Apt gets 1 Carport spot.. I don't know about you but most working family's have 2 cars... 300 apts. 300 carports, 60 Garages you can rent for an additional 100.00 a month and they are almost always all rented out, so prepare for a waiting list.. Ok so I estimate that scattered throughout the property there are 60-70 parking spots, and this includes the Overfill Parking in the wayyy back corner of the property.. Here's a Map http://www.udr.com/communities/index.cfm/fuseaction/viewSit Look by Building 15 and 16 and imagine if you lived on the other side of the building. The bottom line is there is not nearly enough parking and many people park in the shopping center across the street.. Its one thing if you want to say "how you love everyone there and how happy you are" but don't try to mislead potential renters, if you have more then 1 car," parking IS and WILL be a nightmare."
