I just moved in maybe 4 months ago and so far it has been really nice. The kitchen is good i have washer and dryer no more fluff and fold for me. I have a big lab and they took him with no issues. My water is a littel high but thats roseville. SO i like it I will stay till I can buy a house

Quite honestly, it looks as if the manager wrote this. You really would recommend this place with a 5???? Doubtful! Parking...What a joke. The only additional parking is in the way back and be careful because your car might be broken into...Happens all the time. At least twice recently that I have heard from neighbors. Maintenance...Not a 5. They are nice, but I had to have them come out twice to fix my toilet that should have been fixed the first time. I'm still waiting on a few other things to be fixed. My patio is falling apart, do you think they care? Ha! Noise...Wow! The constant parties in the garages with mariachi music, definitely not quiet and the trucks that just drive up on the lawn in the back so people can have music as they party. Ghetto! Grounds...The garbages are constantly overflowing and smell. People pile their crap that they don't want next to the garages. They offer a car wash area and the hose is tied up so water doesn't squirt everywhere while you try to wash your car. Safety...Funny! Office staff, I would give a 2. I have been living here for a few years and I have to say that this 'new' manager is lazy and rude! The old manager was so nice and helpful. I hope she found a better job, because her replacement has let this place go to ----! They don't work with you and she has moved in the entire country of Mexico since she has been here. This place has gone seriously downhill since I've lived here and I regret signing a renewal. I'm out of this hell hole as soon I can!
