Between all the kids running around all hours of the nights, the destruction that they cause to everything in their path, the people with the cars that have the loud stereos that dont turn them down at night and the overall uncleaniness of the apartments its not worth the money. Poop and pee in the washers and dryers GROSS!! I cant even use the laundry facilities here because of it. The spa doesnt work (and hasnt for 2 yrs)! The automatic gates dont work and there are holes in the fence that people can climb through. the front fence hasnt worked more than a few weeks the whole time i have been here. Flooring is cheap and if it is not replaced everytime tenant moves in it has stains all over it. The walls have horrible patch jobs and the cabients in the kitchen are peeling. The bathroom floor has mold underneath it! The tub itself is impossible to keep clean because it is cheap plastic. Overall not a good place to live and I cant wait to move!
