The people in the office have never had a nice attitude, it takes forever to complete any request that tenants have, nothing ever gets fixed, and if they do "try" and repair something with their incompetent maintenance skills, it ends up looking like crap, or breaking down.
Poor customer service, bad parking, mold, peeling paint, overflowing dumpsters and people diving into dumpsters trying to discover some treasure, or get bottles and cans out for extra cash. O yeah and not to mention the sex offenders that live in the complex and drug deals that go on in more than one apartment, and the cars speeding around corners. One kid on a skateboard was hit by a speeding car and they blamed in on the kid, but its all the people that speed. And watch where you park because people have got their cars broken into.
The whole complex needs to be under new management and I cant wait till I move out in 3 months.
