I have never met girls more rude in my life. The girls that work in the office are horrible. Managers are never there so it feels like idiots are running the place. We wanted to move there but we have changed our minds and it's not worth it. 2 certain girls in particular have the WORST attitudes ever.(i totally wish I could write their names because i so would). I simply asked a couple questions over the phone and the girl was so rude and snotty and should not be working in a professional office. Somebody needs to teach them all some customer service techniques because that is something they are lacking. They leave out important information you would think they would tell you. They are like...not trusting and sneaky. I even had my mom call to ask a question because I thought mabey they just had something against me and maybe that was where the attitudes were coming from..but no...my mom said she couldnt believe how snappy the girl was over the phone. After reading other reviews...i couldnt agree more with the negative one's. One girl who "helped" us seemed nice at first because she is soft spoken and seems sweet, but dont let that fool you she is just as bad. They get away with it too because they run the place unsupervized majority of the time. The manager hasnt been there in days and wont be for another month...their superviser is only there spiratically causing it to be near impossible to speak to somebody in charge. I hope people ABOVE the rude leasing officers read the reviews because higher management needs to either fire these girls or put them in check. Im sure they would play dumb anyways if confronted because thats how they are. (fake) But anyways, apartments seem nice but staff is terrible. They should fire them all and start fresh if they want to rent out apartments. GOOD LUCK IF YOU GO HERE!

The funny thing is this is a new staff. The old one atleast knew how to treat people.

Wow that's suprising! That was pretty harsh! I have lived here for a few years. I have been here through the change and the new staff has gotten rid of most of the riffraff. I'm glad that they are FINALLY enforcing the rules. Now it's a great place to live! I look forward to living here for many more years.

hardly suprising at all...read some other reviews...the girls are fake snotty hoes.
