I lived her for about two years. I moved out just under a year ago and let me tell you its been the best year! Highland Creek is dirty, loud and the office if just plain DUMB. They have no clue what they are doing. The gym is only open during the office hours. If you are looking for a college dorm room then you should rent here.. because parties are every night.

I agree, the parties were awful and often led to violence, including a shooting. The office staff is like a revolving door, they are in and out so fast it makes your head spin. It is difficult to get an answer from staff due to the inexperience. The apartments themselves are nice, it is the people and conditions you'll live in that will make you want to move.

I know the feeling. When I lived there, my bf's car was broken into 4 times in a year! The last time, they finally wised up and stole his whole radio..but it was interesting to see a car sold to his work, and while he was cleaning it, oh look at that! HIS RADIO!!! Turns out the registered owner lived in Highland creek. Funny, huh? But at least he got his radio back..it was his favorite, lol.
