This place is loud and they have a really bad Pigeon problem and they don't clean up after pigeons the management has really gone done. The Property Maintenance has really suffered over the years. We have a problem w/ Pigeon Feces on the staircase that is rarely cleaned and Dog Feces and our kids play in the yard along w/ it disgusting. Last but not least the Garbage is disgusting the next time it piles up & is filled w/ Maggots and flies I'm calling the health dept and the city it's unbelievable and the cops spend more time at this apartment than the ghettos. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

I absolutely agree. I have lived here for about as long, and the place used to be MUCH better. Now nothing gets taken care of maintenance-wise, the children are inconsiderate and out of control, and there is a SERIOUS pigeon problem. They claim to have just had some major company come in to take care of the pigeon problem, and though the company was here for a week and caused a huge parking inconvenience, there are still pigeons everywhere, pooping all over cars and the stairs. It is absolutely disgusting. They just had a big IRS inspection so hopefully they will have to work on these things because I cannot stand living in this place much longer!
