I have read all the reviews and do not feel the same. From my experience the office staff was more than wiling to help. I dont live here, but I did tour the community and thought that it was well kept, clean, and I didn't feel as if the staff didn't care. Again, I don't live here but I didnt get any of these impressions from my encounter. Hope this helps
