I have lived in an apartment at this complex for four months now, and at first sight its a beautiful place on the inside. Despite the three stories the inside is quite nice. But upon the move in i relized the pigeon problem... Poop everywhere my neighbor actually has two dogs that she takes for walks every morning and leave the dogs poop in a bag on her door step. Are you kidding me' I swear there are drug deals going on in front of my patio. Evey weekend i will walk out to have a smoke and there are always people waiting in their cars for hours.... really whats that about' Once you make a maintaince order and ask them to call before they enter they will enter without calling.... I live on the bottom so not only do i deal with the people above me but sometimes i can hear whats going on on the third story. I wish i could break my lease but i dont want it on my credit.... please dont rent here, dont make the same mistake that i made

LOL I totally remember you and I remember talking about your neighbor always leaving bags of dog poop outside her door! SO nasty! I got out of there finally and you should too!
