It's the cheapest place in Roseville, but it's not ghetto. The management is very easy to work with and the apartments have good water pressure.
The only downsides are:
I had a mold issue in my apartment, when you inspect the place look carefully to see if there is fresh paint covering the mold or any discoloration under the paint.
The air conditioner isn't powerful enough to warm/cool the apartment as much as you'd like it to and if does, it doesn't hold that temperature for long.
Both of these problems may just be associated with the unit I was in.
