Frequent visits by the police. Tight unassigned parking. Place prone to mildew. Wall unit for heat and air conditioners making it very uncomfortable temperature wise. Uptight management who doesn??t know how to speak to their tenants. The gym is worthless, two pieces of cardio equipment and four pieces of weight lighting equipment for 205 units. Located in a ??cheaper?? part of Roseville sounded great for my wallet until I actually moved into my one bedroom apartment. Realizing that most of my neighbors in the one-bedroom apartments have approx four adults living in them, have no furniture, and can??t speak English!

However the apartments are decent looking on the inside: newer appliances, newer carpet, and a good maintenance man.
