I was told the apartment was move in ready. The day we moved in there was an infestation of cockroches in the kitchen. Within a week of living there the roof started leaking water down the wall and into the carpet. A few days after that, the ceiling in the bedroom was leaking right on top of our bed at 11pm at night! Maintenance had to come in twice to fix the ceiling and did a poor job. There is still plaster that is loose and falling. Not to mention the fact that they left a big mess, dust and plaster pieces all over the carpet, I had to clean up after them. And they painted my cat! They say they have security but I have only seen them roam the property in their vehicle once since I have been here. Heating and AC is just a wall unit which does not work well to heat or cool the whole apartment. You need to stand in front to get the effect. Water in apartment when showering shifts suddenly from hot to cold. Maintenance respods quickly to problems. I got a response usually within a day of my complaints if not sooner. Apartments are good for the price.
