Been here a little over 3 weeks and the 1st minute I walked in the door I saw cockroaches. My 3rd day there I went to take a shower before work and I noticed ---- in my bathtub. Yes, a main pipe broke is what they told me. It was crap from my upstairs neighbors, when they flushed it came in my tub. So they came out and "fixed" it...NOT! A week later, more cockroach sightings and once again, went to take a shower before work and yes, yes low and behold, more ---- in my tub. So I called them again, they said the fixed it. It was fixed for almost, almost a week until today when it decided to fill up with ---- again! Yes my upstairs neighbors go to the bathroom a lot. Oh and not to mention last week I noticed mold in the bathroom and bedroom. There is constant condensation because the windows are not double pain, only single. This is a horrible apartment complex, do not move here. It's poorly managed oh and they don't even have a maintenance person! I warn you, if you want to adopt the roaches as pets and love to clean your tub every day and don't get sick from mold, then go ahead move on in.

Hey at least they are trying.... also someone already posted that same complaint just not too ago! How about some of you go and ask what is going on instead of making up lies!

How about those of us who HAVE gone to the management and complained over a dozen times just this month alone and have our requests and complaints ignored? The stupid ----- at the office told me that my noise complaint was too bad because it's an apartment complex, and people will make noise. My complaint was that my upstairs neighbors CONSTANTLY thump the ground playing Guitar Hero. I told her it never stops, and that I do have a legal right to quiet enjoyment and she said there was nothing she could do. -----

Get out while you can. That place is hell. I broke my contract just to get out. I didn't care that it would cost me because my happiness, health and peace was more important to me. I went to management many times, they hated me because I called so many times, but hey, when I have crap in my tub from my upstairs neighbors, cockroaches in my kitchen and mold on the walls in my bedroom, enough was enough.
