Please note I am not just an angry tenant writing this review. I am not pissed off at the landlords, I just hate this place so much.

First of all was the cockroaches. I keep my apartment spotless and no matter what, we have cockroaches and ants. I am not a messy person and they will not go away. Second, there is a convicted rapist living about five doors away from me who has loud parties. Yeah, whoever is hanging out with a rapist is beyond me. Also these teenage boys just moved in above me and play rock band all freaking day. I have complained about the noise almost EVERY DAY for the past month and still, they just jump around. They never stop clunking around up there. The management does nothing about it.

The pools are either closed half the time or dirty. Or there are too many damn people in them. The tenants here are GHETTO. They have loud fights and parties every day. They don't take care of their children, just let them run around all day long screaming at the top of their lungs. The only time they ever come to get their kids is really late at night, and they call them by screaming the kids name at the top of their lungs. Which is usually followed by the kid screaming back at them. The parking is HORRIBLE. There have been so many nights where I had to park really far away from my apartment which is a PAIN with a newborn baby/groceries. The tenants here don't know how to park in just one spot. They're always walking around like losers with nothing to do. All of the apartments around me have eviction notices on their doors every month but they never get kicked out! They're all loud, stupid, smelly people who need to GTFO! The management is a bunch of rude, bitchy girls who are arrogant. Come on ladies, you manage a slum. You have no right to be uppity when I tell you we've got roaches, or that the noise problem is ridiculous. Our fridge rattled and leaked from the get-go and it took them three months to do anything about it. The maintenance people are scummy, nasty people. The short-haired little girl/boy maintenance person is RUDE and don't even bother asking her/him to fix anything because she'll just whine.

I can't even write all that is wrong with this place. Nosy, NOISY neighbors who can't mind their effing business. Everytime I go walking with my daughter anywhere this creepy guy who lives here FOLLOWS me and harasses me. He also fights with his live-in ho really loud every night.

There are a bunch of trashy teens here who throw loud parties and smoke/drink all the time.

When I moved in our bath tub was filthy - they didn't even attempt to clean the counters in the kitchen. It was disgusting. The first few days you move into an apartment you shouldn't have to be cleaning it. This was after they told us we were originally getting one apartment and the DAY we moved in they said "Oh, that apartment... we gave it to someone else, so you get THIS one instead." after we had already changed our address, so whoever is in that apartment got my mail and never gave it to me.

And the "air conditioning" they have' It's a little space cooler that you have to run all damn day to cool the four feet around it. It does not work. We've gotten it replaced and still does not work.

I'll also add the shower goes rapidly from warm to scalding hot, and then to cold. No matter how you turn the knobs. It's ridiculous.

Oh and then they put up notices on the mail boxes that the complex has had a lot of vandalism lately, so to call the police with suspicious activity. Oh really' Is that our job' NO HIRE SOME SECURITY AHOLES! F that! They randomly closed the fitness room "until further notice" because of vandalism. And then they randomly whenever they feel like it close the laundry rooms [which are filthy!!!!!] for the weekend. Nice, on the weekend, when people are home from work and have time to do laundry...what a good time to close the laundry room with no notice you idiots!

After all of this, they told me they were going to raise my rent if I wanted to renew my lease. I laughed. So hard... Yeah right! Vandalism, someone siphoned my gas tank a few times, cockroaches' Yess please extend my lease AND charge me more. You morons.

There are so many more things wrong with this place. I can't even explain it all. Bottom line: AVOID THIS PLACE! It may be cheap but you REALLY get what you paid for.

OMG! I also submitted my rating on here. You may have read it about the cockroaches and feces that I had in my bath tub from my upstairs neighbors because the plumbing in that place absolutely sucked! The very 1st day I got my keys and opened my door, I already had room mates. Yes right away I had to drop my box and kill 2 cockroaches and they never stopped after that. I had to get the hell out of there. I couldn't take it anymore. And I totally agree with you on all the trashy people and the snobby management. Also I had the exact same thing happen to me when I got my keys! They said oh here's your keys to apartment 29 and I was like WTF? You guys told me 30!! The cable guy is on his way to hook up everything and I already had changed my address. Those stupid asses!!! Anyways, I totally agree with you 0 and I hope your not still living there!

It sounds like you should just move. Really. You have nothing positive to say about these apartments yet, you continue to ----- and live there. I mean c'mon, it is really the apartment staff that caused your pest/crime problem-or YOU?! I mean afterall, you people expect an office to control crime and your unclean apartment....hello...doesn't anyone realize that you need to call the police if there is crime?...and clean, if you are dirty? Are you stupid?
