I was okay with this apartment complex when i first saw it. They take you through a tour and everything...through their NICE & CLEAN 'show' apartments they have. Then you sign the lease and are given your key. You walk into your apartment and its FILTHY! The maintenance barely even cleaned it before we moved in! So whatever....THEN about 2 weeks later we started noticing the roaches and other bugs!! We complained and complained, but the rude ladies in the office dont do anything and they just snap at you. My boyfriend and i didnt pay rent for a month, moved out, and left our lease because of the infestations they have and dont do anything about it. Not to mention all the noise, trash all around, and illegal immigrants there. Also, maintenance doesnt get to your house right away to fix things...so there was a big crack in the ceiling by our AC vent leaking water for a month. These apartments need to be shut down, bombed for bugs, and remodeled. They need new management and workers. Do NOT live here. NOT WORTH IT!

As soon as they gave me my key to my apartment, I unlocked the door, all excited, and the first thing I noticed was a cockroach on the wall! Not to mention the feces in my bathtub from my upstairs neighbors! The plumbing was terrible and the mold. I called Placer County health department and the inspector came out and investigated it and they fixed everything right away, of course a week later, everything was jacked up again!! I also moved out, broke my lease and that was the end. I couldn't take anymore of the cockroaches. Freaking disgusting apartment complex!!
