First off it is dirty inside and out, who ever they hire to clean sucks. Second, noisy constant noise from yelling and arguing to music none stop. Third, gang fights and graffiti. Fourth, grounds are dirty not by the office but all around, there are police constantly, my neighbor was a tweeker and never worked but always had people come at night to drop off big screen T.V.'s. People coming in drunk at night and hitting cars, when you let the management know they tell you to call security but they never come through. Even though the rent is cheap it is not worth living there unless you are ghetto and dirty and don't care if your car gets vandalized or cops coming through and let your kids barefooted outside by themselves.
