The first day I moved in the ceiling was cracking the toilet didn't work. After a couple weeks mold started to grow on my bedroom wall and in my closet. I cleaned it with clorox bleach. but it just came back. Mold also appeared in the bath tub as well. I told management 3 times and it was still there the day I moved out. I was paying too much for nasty apartment with bad ventilation.there were inch sized holes in between the windows and the wall. poor construction. whoever built the place doesn't know the meaning of a straight line.
There are nicer places in Roseville don't waste your time here. it is literally a health risk.

I don't know how you lasted that long, I broke my lease and with the pictures and keeping a log of everything that happen while i was there, I did not have to pay the remaining three months on my rent and I received my deposit back minus paint and your standard costs.
