I've reported numerous repeat issues w/ my apartment and after 5 yrs there still not fixed! They say that there are washers & dryers in every unit. Yea, if you want to go OUTSIDE to the hot-water closet and use a SMALL stacked W/D system in a patio that has 5 foot walls made of ROTTING wood. I live in the lower level and I can NOT use my patio, because all kinds of junk, liguid or solid keeps falling all year around! CTL management only seems to line there pockets with the ever increasing rates, in my case its over a 200% rent increase since I moved in, while at the same time not properly maintain the apartments that are being rented. I will be moving as soon as I can afford to!
