My apartment was very spacious. My W/D was outside, but this is preferable to me, as inside W/D tend to make the place very hard to cool in the summer. Maintainance was performed same day as requested. There weren't a lot of extra services, but I didn't expect them for the price. Bottom line: everything I needed at the right price. Not the lap of luxury, but was SAFE and perfect for me!!
