If you don't mind older appliances and light fixtures and cabinets, then you should be fine here. But if you require more up to date things and a cleaner evironment...DON'T LIVE HERE! My girlfirend wont even take a bath because she gets grossed out by the tub, she only showers. We have found many spiders and bugs all over the house from time to time. She hates, I don't mind it too much. It is kinda expensive...over $1000.00 with utilities...you have to pay water, sewer, trash! It all adds up. I do have to say, that the office staff is friendly and nice. They try there best to be helpful. Oh and one more thing..one important thing, THE WALLS ARE VERY THIN!!! You can hear anything and everything from inside your apartment. and dont get a downstairs unit, all I hear is the people upstairs walking and even sometimes talking, yeah its that bad. I hope this helps!!
