I recently moved in here at Pepperwood and can say that the only trouble I have is once in a while it is hard finding a parking spot. Other than that, I have no complaints, its reasonably priced, the grounds are ALWAYS well kept. I personally thinks it's a beautiful property and the staff are so nice. I call in a work order, they take care of it no later than the next day and they give me a return phone call and follow up!! Its nice to have communication!! If your looking for a clean and safe community I highly r4ecomend Pepperwood!!
