Old rundown units. Management that is only available when rent is due or if you are looking to sign a lease. If you have problem you are pretty much on your own.

Really? I have been here for a while and the management has always been very easy to get a hold. All of my issues have been resolved within a reasonable amount of time. Anytime that I have left a message for the management to call me back, they have within 24 hours.
