I haven't absolutely loved being here, but I haven't had any big problems. Some of my neighbors are definitely druggies and there is a lot of smoking. But, on the other hand, I haven't had a problem with maintenance at all. If there is a problem, they have fixed it. Parking hasn't been a problem either. The location is great, there is a lot of businesses and restaurants that are fairly close. Overall, it's been good.

You say some of your neighbors are definately druggies and there is alot of smoking. So, how can you say Pepperwood is a good place to live given your statement?

You do raise a good point. I had to think about that, I think the reason I say that it is a good place to live is because I said "good" not great or excellent. The smoking isn't that bad for me, because as long as I keep the windows closed on that side of the apartment I don't have a problem with it because I can't smell it. And the druggies haven't caused any problems, and I don't believe that they will. They are actually very polite and have helped me quite a few times with groceries and when I first moved in. All of my neighbors have actually been very nice. That is once of the better things about Pepperwood, I have been treated very well while living here.
