I recently moved out of this apartment complex. I loved my actual apartment- very nice and great floorplan. We never had a problem with parking because we lived in the back of the complex, however if you have more than 1 car and live anywhere else in the complex- good luck!
My main complaint is that they make you do all your maintnance requests thru the 1-800 number for the management company. The call center people are horrible! Several times they lost my work order and other times just plain rude.. the actual on property guy who does the work is very nice- but you cant talk to him unless he calls you.....thaving to deal with people at a call center is very annoying!
ps. Also HUGE problem with bugs, frogs and spiders due to the fact that the apartment is up against the wetlands. I once had 20 frogs in my living room!
