Especially with the construction issues going on, this place is more like the cheap dump-apartments you can get, than the high-grade luxury condo it's price suggests. Uncovered parking is a joke, partially because almost all garages are used for storage rather than vehicles; and when someone continually parks in your spot, the staff does nothing. They are certainly nice people, but very dishonest with regards to money and the condition of the apartment. Ours was very unclean, no fresh paint, dirty carpets, and had obvious pet stains from the previous tenants, yet they charged us well more than our deposit to clean the apartment (which we had already mostly cleaned) when we left. I would not recommend these apartments to a vile co-worker for a bonus. Location is the ONLY good thing about Pinnacle. The gates were non-operational almost as much as they were operational, and how useful are they when the man-gates open freely and easily.

yes you are correct, way to many service jobs in this area & no trained people to fill them...this area has tons of white trash like lincoln,ca....
