I'm moving out next month and have been here for about 4 years. When I first moved in, the place was great. Best layout, community kept clean, and decent neighbors with respect for others. The noise level wasn't too bad either until just 2 years ago when the whole area around the galleria just boomed up in size. I hear sirens all the time and the cars never stop. The walls aren't that thick either so I hear every noise from my rude neighbors, even being on the top floor. People do not say hello to you so it's not a family community and cars do race through at all hours of the night. Never had any problems with management but with the non-stop construction at the mall and the high-noise level of Roseville Pkwy, this is a PASS!
