Worst management to live in.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
What a hassle it was living in this place.
To get something fixed, get ready for a big
ride, a week or two, if they wish to fix it.
There was a problem with the blinds. It took
three months before they decided to fix them,
and guess what they replace it with old blinds.

Another one, It took three days to fix the water heater, which meant no hot water for three days.

Go somewhere else.
