When I first moved in, the air conditioner was broken and it was the middle of June. The said they would have it fixed a week before our move-in date, but it didn't get fixed until a week AFTER our move-in date, even after calling them almost every day about it. One of our pets died from the heat, and after telling them that, they made us keep our other pet in their office in their men's bathroom instead of letting us use a different apartment until the air was fixed. The maintenance always took at least a week to come and fix anything. The management was so rude and obviously had no idea what they were talking about. The office staff is a complete joke. I have never met an office staff that treated you with more disrespect than this one. Their customer service is horrible, and they completely belittled us and treated us with absolutely NO respect. The laundry facility is dirty and gross, and let's not even start with the pool/jacuzzi. Parking is not too bad, but only in some spots. Almost none of the lights around the complex work, so it gets almost completely dark at night. The complex is mainly minority, and most people don't have any respect for others. The noise isn't too bad, but the apartments are OLD and very ugly inside. Also, if you leave this place. MAKE SHURE you schedule an initial inspection with them before you turn in your keys so that they don't charge you with any B/S deductions...because trust me...they will. I would NOT choose this place to live again.
