I have lived at quail ridge for the past year. My boyfriend and I work and go to school in Rocklin so the location and the price is very reasonable. I was not real pleased with my apartment when I first moved in the apartment was dirty and not ready to move in to. The 2 ladies who worked their were not very friendly when it came to taking care of my problems. I saw an increase in crime and a bunch of gangsters selling drugs. I heard there were car vandalism also. This past summer there was a new manager and maintenance crew brought in. The manager has a no crime/drug policy and has been putting it into effect with noticeable results. The work orders I have called in have been taken care of in a timely manner. I know there is a new security company who definitely make you feel safer. I am impressed and so our my neighbors. I know they have alot of vacancies which tells me the management company is willing to sacrifice $$ to clean up the property. I just signed a new lease my rent was kept the same and I was even offered a carpet clean or a ceiling fan. No place is perfect but for the money and the convenience of living in roseville I will be here for the next year.
