This place has rats that are not afraid of people, They will come out and look right at you while climbing into your trash. There cat tail creek is filled with garbage and is really a sewer drain run off from the surounding homes. I was happy to just let them have my deposit just to be done with Quail dump. My friends car was broken into and trashed on my first night there. rats ate the tv cable in the living room, No one would fix it.I had a cable running down the hall to the bedroom real nice to trip on. The management is very rude and often not in. I would live in my car if I ever had to go back to this place. Everything that is written in this web site about this place is true. They would not let me break my lease after the rats chewed holes in my couch and craped everywhere. They refused to repair my couch or give me credit for the damage. If you would like to see any photos I have a nice collection that I just forwarded to the county health inspector, E-mail me and I will send them.. The drug dealers were kicked out below me, but my kids did see first hand many drug deal completed right out in the open. The two maintence guys really try hard but with the owners not wanting to put in any money the job is fustraiting..the whole complex should be leveled or condemed. Run away fast from this listing.

Looks like a picture from your NEW place. CPS should be called on you for letting your kids be around that.real good parent.Seems like you were more concerned about your couch and cable.
