I am a current tenant here at quail ridge and have been now for the past year.I have some mixed reviews about this place but know that this place is not rat infested. I have read the previous posts and found them to be hilarious. people MOVE ON it's OK.If you didn't like the place why did you stay for 3 years and if you had a problem with "rats" why didn't you do something when you were living there and not because you just moved out and found out you were not getting any money back. LOOOSER if you knew anything that is what you should have done when you were STILL there. Posting pics after the fact way to go loser. I bet when the health inspector showed up the place was already fixed up. No body forces you to move in anywhere and no renting experience is perfect. I enjoy living here now and do understand some of the concerns that have been mentioned here. I moved here in July of 2006 and was shown a nice apt with new carpet and newer appliances by the asst manager .I was given an older apt with old carpet and old appliances when I moved in. I wasn't happy and went to see the manager .She told me I shouldn't have signed the lease and then went back to eating her mcdonalds and playing around on the computer. The asst couldn't even look me in the eye. I did complain about my neighbors who were selling drugs and hanging out and was told in between bites she would take care of it. I planned to move from that point on. The maintenance guys have always been pretty good. Gary was always friendly when he came by. I LOVE the guys here now. Norm and john are always friendly and show up fast taking care of the problem. The new manager chris started in september and I wasn't sure about him at first. I heard he was tough and kicking everyone out. My first contact with him was over some late fees I had that no one told me about. He explained to me what they were and that I had to pay them.I understood he was just doing his job.I told him about some of my problems with my neighbors.He wrote down my information and said he would look into it and guaranteed me it would stop. I enjoyed watching those -------s move out. I just renewed my lease for another 6 months this week. i want to make sure that things keep going the way they are so no 12 months for me yet.The place has quieted down and management has improved greatly. I was even offered a ceiling fan or a carpet shampoo when I resigned my lease. I took the fan since carpet is old anyway. It was a nice gesture and my rent was also kept at the same rate of $695. I do recommend this place if you are looking for a nice cheap place in roseville. Check it out for yourself before believing all the negative press written on this site. To all the losers out there who badmouth for all the wrong reasons...here is some advice for you. Move on it's OK, enjoy your new place until you find a reason to rip that one apart.
