I have lived here since 2005 and will not be renewing my lease for another six months. Up until the end of July 2007 I have never had an issue with the management. I have always paid my rent on time and never complained about issues within the complex. (Trust me there is always something going wrong with the place). It is a peaceful and CHEAP PLACE TO LIVE IN ROSEVILLE. Remember you get what you pay for. There isn't anything cosmetically pleasing to the eye and something is always broken (water mains, sprinklers, dishwashers, the lights in front of my building were always dim or broken, etc). To the person below me that posted, I am not sure what side you live on, but I have never been offered anything new or received a kind gesture from the management. Currently I am in legal battles with the owner and complex due to the fact that they breached my contract. If you are considering moving into Quail Ridge I suggest you don't complain about anything as the manager, Chris, will more than likely curse at you and then go about his business and not address any issues you might have.
