I lived here for a little over a year, I coulndn't have asked to live in any worse condition. Black Mold, Rude Management, Rats, Filth. I don't know really where to begin. I always was complaining to the management and nothing would get done I needed. The manager KRIS is an -------, who doesn't know what he is doing. He is UNPROFESSIONAL, and ARROGANT. --------------------, ----------------------------------------, -----------------------. I felt afraid to come home to these apartments. I had a rat problem and it made it so unhealthy to live around I was forced out, since ----- had nothing done, the rats that died formed maggots , and we had 100's of flies in our place. I had to pay rent even though I had already moved out. When I tried to ask about my deposit he would give me no information!! So I was forced to seek legal action. I would never want anyone to have to encounter the things I had too.I have a little daughter that now is always afraid to go to sleep, due to the rats at our former apartment.

Also while living there I had some random person break into my house while I was awake, he was covered in blood, I was lucky my man was over that night, and threw him out. There is really way to much to say, I am just praying people take this serious, it's not a good place to live. Only plus about this place is the price, but you get what you pay for right!!

When I first moved in I found a dead rat in the cabinet under my kitchen sink. I'm sorry you had to go through that.

These apartment were awful to us as well, and as the manager ----- goes, well I know from expeirence he is awful to deal with, he has no type of respect. He takes his job a little to serious. He doesn't rely he is just a aparment manager, I have took it a step further and called ------- the real manager. I f anyone needs to contact somebody above ----- the #is -------------, maybe if we all come together ----- will be out of a job!! Good Luck to you @ your new place.
