found out about this website while talking with a neighbor who said that previous tenants said this place was a horrible place to live. he and i completely disagree. well i just wanted to say that this place is a great place to live. been here for 3 years already and it has been great. i am on a different part of the property that is a little more isolated so that could be the reason why i havent heard of the complaints posted from the previous years. but i love the property. i do have to admit the manager is an ass on late fees because i have been dinged before but thats his job. he is quick on maintenance atleast and i feel safe around the property because of the security around here. In addition parking is great but only because i have one car.

I liked Quail Ridge while I lived there for two years. Clean, pretty quiet, timely mainentance. But they screwed me out of my entire damage deposit after I moved, leaving my apartment spotless - claimed it was for "repainting" which is illegal. So when you move out: leave your apartment spotless, take photos, have independent witnesses, take them to court to get your deposit back, complain to the Better Business Bureau.
