I moved here in April 2009. When I moved in, the apartment was a mess, from balcony and hallway, and from inside,I paid $1100 deposit on the spot and I didn't expect this mess. The management is extremely rude..they don't give a crap about anyone!! believe me it's true. Whenever I try to talk to them, they ignore me..they don't give a crap about what I am telling them. I was so shocked when I was cockroaches, spiders, ants, mosquito's. My bedrooms were full of spiders and when I looked at the balcony and hallway, it looked like they never cleaned it for 30 years. They don't give a crap about cutting the grass from outside. Seriously this apartment is totally a nightmare, if you don't care about your money, then it's up to you, but if you really care about your money, then please don't even bother to move into this apartment. Unfortunately, I have a lease for 6 months and I can't break the lease, but oh my god I cannot wait to get out of this apartment.

YES YOU CAN BREAK THE LEASE! If they don't do anything about the cockroaches and rats (I had them when I lived there), and they don't fix it the first time, you can withhold rent legally. If they don't do it a second time, you can legally break the lease. They will take you to court, but you'll win. Like I did.
