Complex was great but I had some maintenance issues from the start. After several lame attempts I ended up fixing the problems. How many times should maintenance come into an apartment for the same problem' Not only that but it's been a week and they haven't even processed the deposit/refund, although they have rented the apartment. On another note, the parking and people were both fairly bad. I can think of at least 2 complexes that are just as nice and now $500 less/mo. They did increase our rent 20% after the 6 mo lease was up. So I went from $1036 to $1255. That was motivation for me and 30 others to move out according to there leasing office.
