Rosemead looks nice on the outside, but inside things were cheaply made. Hardly any cabinet room, peeling wall paper in the bathroom, thin walls and ceiling- Not recommended. If you took five hundred dollars off the rent then you'd be getting a much better deal. But if I am going to pay that much for an apartment I want it to be grand. A bonus was the extra storage and garage. Don't get a downstairs apartment- you hear EVERYTHING.
