very rude maintenance and office staff; apartment falling apart

I've lived in this complex for nine months now and can't wait until lease is up. Several weeks after moving in dryer broke. Took maintenance 31/2 weeks to fix. Can't have heat and hot water at the same time (really a pain during the winter)! Wiring with phone line was bad. The apartments wouldn't pay for Surewest to fix it and took 2 months to fix it themselves! Office staff is extremely rude and they do not care about thier tenants. Maintenance staff is very slow to respond. I'm counting down the days till I can move out!
