I would not want my worst enemy to live here

I lived in this apartment complex for 9 months. The office staff are the rudest group of women I have ever met. They enter your apartment for no reason and I know this for sure, because I boobie traped the apartment and my suspicion was confirmed. They don't care about any complaints you have. They leave before the office is to be closed on numerous occassions. Also, use caution when you move out of, they will charge you for brand new carpet and paint even if the carpet was old when you moved in. Make sure you are present for the inspection and know your rights as a tenant and take pictures that are dated. Also, find out about your neighbors, I lived next to a woman who's son was having sex underneath our balcony in the car (front of the garage).
