I've lived at Rosemeade since April, 2002. Two days after moving in I had to complain about stereo noise. The parking areas between buildings are noise funnels, VERY NOISY. Noone follows the living rules and the mgmt won't enforce the rules unless you complain. Complex appearance is deceiving. My apt is a piece of crap, poorly maintained. Roseville Parkway is a drag strip. My lease is up the end of Sept, thank god, and I'm gone.
