Usually when people complain it is generally because they in somehow, someway, did not get what they want. Most do not understand not everything is feasible while renting an apartment. So, in light of the wonderful time I had have been to lucky to experience during my stay at Rosemeade, I'd like to point out the positive aspects of residing at Rosemeade. In my previous experiences of living within an apartment community, I had dealt with parking issues on numerous occasions. Here at Rosemeade, I was given an assigned garage, along with the knowledge of the driveway was for my personal use only as well. Any of my visitors can easily park within the confines of my driveway, and if I were to have several visitor's, there is plenty unmarked parking. The maintenance staff is always so prompt and courteous when responding to my maintenance requests. Literally within a couple hours of placing a request, there was a pleasant team member awaiting at my door to complete whatever work there needed to be done. The office staff was always overly polite and attentive to my needs. These very sweet girls would often put in extra hours to plan resident events for all us residents to attend. They have always been catered and decorated to the tee. Wonderful events in which I look forward to several times throughout the year. My apartment was beautiful at move in and the staff has made it easy to keep it that way. With each renewal I've signed, they've offered me a complimentary carpet clean! Something I love and sometimes needed! The grounds have always been maintained as beautiful as when I first moved in here. It is not as though we are all shoved into a large complex located on small land, we have the luxury of ample landscaping, located on several acres. Although, I myself have never experienced any noise issues or violations, I have had a complaint. To which the office staff responded quickly with a short yet sweet and firm note to the offender and all problems were solved! All in all, while apartment living is not as luxurious as owning your own home and you do not have the same liberties to conduct certain businesses within your home, my experience here at Rosemeade has been wonderful. It disheartens me to hear such nonsense coming from people who really have made themselves out to be a victim, when realistically the problems were brought on by themselves.

wtf you get a carpet cleaning each renewal? we've lived her almost 3 years and they havent given us that! i'm calling the office right away!

I haven't gotten a carpet cleaning either. What a bunch of bull.
