The reason I say not to live here is because it is in fact a --------. The first week I move in the bathroom sink is leaking...that does get fixed. Next, there is an awful smell underneath the kitchen sink, called maintenance...never got fixed. Brought it up to the guys again when they came in to fix the AC which was leaking water into my closet which caused mold and ruined a couple of my things. Turns out the awful smell coming from the pipes was the smell of sewage (yes, sewage) since the pipes were installed incorrectly...still never completely fixed. And now the ongoing problem. It was a really nice Christmas present when there was a bubble forming in the ceiling over my shower. As I was wrapping Christmas presents last minute to see my family 4 hours away...I heard a gush of water fall into my tub. Turn on the light...and oh look. There's water pouring from my ceiling. They had to repeatedly come in to "try" to fix it. It was just about never fixed. And this was from December of 2005 until we moved out SEPTEMBER OF 2006! Kitchen sink did leak once while I was washing dishes and a large puddle of water dripped out onto the kitchen floor (ya...nice). The carpet is nasty and absorbs everything, it's obviously VERY cheap. The guy above us also has a leak in his ceiling..above his freaking bed! Which he said never got fixed...poor guy. They don't keep the grounds nice anywhere else except the main entrance. Everywhere else it's dead shrubs, mangled trees, and weeds. The manager is a -----. Ummm what else...they like to run big industrial fans and dehumidifyers off your electricity and don't offer to compensate for part of it. When I asked the manager about it, she wanted to argue with me about it. Ya...you know who you are. They were constantly jacking up the rent anytime there was a lease renewal, which I could not understand why. It was nice of us to ever stay in the condition we were having to live in.

Another note, if you do choose to live here and once it's time to move look at your ending statement VERY closeley. They tried to say that we owed them over $200 by the end of it. What they did was put in the wrong date of notice that we were leaving and charged us on a day to day basis...thinking we didn't give them a 30-days notice, when we did. They are obviously retarded an don't pay attention to things when it says like 3 times when the notice was given. They ended up owing us money. They should have paid us to live there.
