Better Than Many Places

As a former resident, I would like to say that Rosemeade was the best apartment complex I ever lived in. Good location, regular maintenance, etc. The girls in the office were usually very helpful, but there did seem to be regular turn-over in the office staff. I only moved because I bought a home.
