The kitchen and appliances are very old, the carpet is the lowest grade carpet you can buy and if anyone lives above you you can hear them do everything, from hold conversations, taking a bath, turning over in their beds and of course walking. I kid you not, I am not exaggerating. The apartment staff comes into your apartment far to often. I can understand them needing to do thier annual inspections, but it seems that everytime you turn around there's another note on your door saying that they will be entering the apartment in the next 24 hours. The staff is kind of idiotic too. They left a note on our door saying that we owed them more money for our rent and that we were now on a month to month basis, this wasn't true, we had just resigned our lease weeks before. My fiancee had to go to the office and make them pull our file to show them that. I know honest mistakes happen, but these girls make "honest" mistakes far to often, about far to many things. They've also raised the rent everytime a lease renewal comes up, it's so obnoxious, we pay more for rent than we would on a mortgage. The only reason that we haven't moved is because we HATE moving. But as soon as this lease is up we're out of this stink hole. Oh yeah, and every pipe leaks under your sinks, the AC leaks into your closet and foyer, and the bathroom sinks and bathtubs get cloged just brushing your teeth. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

We just moved out of Rosemeade. Trust me, I hate to move too but it was soooo worth it. Just do it. You will be 100% happier!!!!!
