I moved into Rosemeade 5 months ago because they seemed like a very safe and well maintained apartment complex. I chose a rehab apartment since it was supposed to have been completely revamped with all new appliances, counter tops, doors etc. However from the first day of move in I have had nothing but problems in this insanely expensive apartment. First the shower curtain broke unable to support a sheer shower curtain, the door to the bathroom actually fell off the hinges and nearly hit me due to its having been hung improperly by the rehab team, and the dryer in my aparement was from the 70's...so much for all new appliances. Not to mention that the maintenance never comes on the day they are scheduled and require many reschedules before they will finally come and fix the problem, in the case of the showercurtain rod it took so long I finally had to just go buy my own to replace it. The parking is crazy they have next to no spaces for guests since they figure you can park in the driveway for your garage, but then you cant get your own car out if you wish to go somewhere. All the fixtures and cabinets in the apartment are of the cheapest material that you can find. The girls who work in the office are complete airheads as others have mentioned on here and are rarely able to solve any issues. When moving in I was told that I could get any cable or satellite I liked however once it came time to install restrictions popped up out of the blue. The bottom line is for an apartment at this price you would expect something special, somewhere above average with a knowledgable staff, however I got nothing, a less than average apartment with ridiculous restrictions. Avoid rosemead at all costs. I read apartment ratings before moving into Rosemeade and told myself "but they look so nice surely the people on here are wrong!" No they are not! Avoid Rosemeade!!!!!

So they still suck? I moved out in Jan 07... you would think by now they would learn! I posted a review and hate to tell you but I TOLD YOU SO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
