I went to look at it and gave notice to my old place. When I came to sign the lease it was $65.00 more a month, but it was too late my old apt was gone. Umm' That was the exact difference they were going to charge me to sign a one year lease (Didn't save a penny, my old apt. was cheaper). Then when I moved in the toilet was lopsided, the paint in the bathtub was peeling (Still is, leaving an ugly stain), and the screens were torn in two of the corners, and the new countertops are lifting, and there is fresh grease staines in my garage which I am sure they will blame on me, "Who are the owners"' (But I am stuck for a year). The neighbors are great though.

....some of those things you should of noticed on your walk through...BEFORE you agreed to sign a lease. Just a thought.

Well you would think except for the fact the girl who showed me the apartment told me they weren't done with it. They actually told me I was going to have new counter tops (which I don't). Just a thought
