Just moved out of here and the year I spent was terrible. First of all, the price is way too high. $1000 for a one bedroom just because there's trim and paint on the walls''' The washer and dryer were very old, and so were the kitchen appliances. The only things "luxury" about these apartments are the nice wall paint, the fireplace with mantel, and really nice kitchen cabinets.
I constantly called to have them fix the kitchen light (flickered, and when I replaced the bulbs and they still flickered) and the refrigerator, but they never came in the 12 months I lived there. Not until I was near move-out did a power outage make me realize that the fridge was not FROST FREE!! What kind of place has appliances THAT out of date' They have garages but my garage door opener stopped working and they wouldn't replace it, and my key to the gym stopped working as well. I didn't mind as much because I'm single, but my girlfriend moved in and she couldn't take it. I basically paid all the premiums to live in a place that didn't have any more amenities available to me than a regular apartment.
Pros for these apartments are that the neighbors are nice, there are lots of children around, and the prices are too high for seedy people to move in. The pool is also a nice place to hang out and there are lots of good looking couples to envy while you're there.

I still have ptsd from living at Rosemeade... and enjoy each and every review I see that shows this place for what it really is!!
