I have been living at Rosemeade for almost a year, and cant really wait for my lease to be up. First off they have been doing construction almost the entire time I have lived here. They are upgrading the apartments which is nice once it will be done, BUT I am paying $100.00 more a month for rent then the newly remodeled and upgraded tenants are.. hmmm and everything in my apartment is cheap and old, you can tell they only have their pocket books in mind. When my dishwasher broke they replaced it, but they replaced it with a used one out of the old apartments that were upgraded and the new "used" dishwasher they gave me didnt dry. When I told them this they simply said "well we can replace it again, but the other ones will probably do the same thing" I was shocked they said that.
I like how every tenant has a garage and parking with room for two in front of the garage, the people complaining about no parking must have more than three people living with then and or tons of friends coming over all the time.
All in all the quality of the place is crapy.

I am currently living (6 yrs) and since new owner took over, gone to crap. Dogs everywhere and no responsible pet owners. Employees don't realize this is our 'HOME' and they look at it like a paycheck....no interest in what is going on around here. At least the old owners made sure the dogs were priority and grounds were kept nice and clean..(same trash bag outside for over 6 months and never been touched...Does this tell you how thrilled I am about living here. Oh and we have NEVER had our apt upgraded and we pay more than anyone here...
