Too expensive.. If you have kids in high school it is not Granite Bay High school district for year 2003.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Rent in apt was raised 2 times in a yar and half. Total raise was $375.00...They are not interested in long term renters. They are geared for people who are needing housing short term while they build their luxury home in the area. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
