I haven't moved in yet, but my boyfriend and I just got a place and the woman who works in the Rental Office is such a sweetheart! She's very helpful and knows about apartments. Every time we have gone to meet with her she has been on the phone bettering the apartments, whether it be simple ground keeping or requests made by tenants. The tenants I have met are VERY kind, and although I'm sure there are noisey neighbors, it seems as if everyone is peaceful and respectful of others. They are in a nice neighborhood and are within walking distance of food, stores, and fun! So far, it's been great! The only issue I have is that it's SO expensive! 800 dollars for a one bedroom one bath, but considering that Park Place isn't in the slums, I guess it's a good deal! The apartment is HUGE! We're very happy with Park Place.
